Mark Sinclair

Mark Sinclair is Executive Director of CESA and Vice President of CEG. Mark manages the strategic and day-to-day operations including oversight for all projects and staff. He directs the Offshore Wind Accelerator Project and is the staff lead on PV and marine hydrokinetic technologies.  Prior to his work with CEG, he was senior attorney and Vice President with Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) for ten years. He also served as general counsel to the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources. He serves on the Board of the Vermont Clean Energy Development Fund, the U.S. Offshore Wind Collaborative, and the National Wind Coordinating Collaborative. He has written extensively on renewable energy policy, program, and finance topics. Mark earned his B.A. degree from Williams College and received his law degree from Cornell Law School.
