Solar
hot water (SHW) programs are an effective strategy for states
to help end users acheive financial and energy savings, reduce
natural gas use, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. States
are employing a number of strategies to support adoption
of SHW technologies, including providing financial incentives,
training for SHW system installers, and education to help
make customers make more informed decisions. Below are materials
and recommended reading to learn more about the potential
of SHW technologies.
