CESA will develop a generic set of monitoring
and evaluation standards for program evaluation and market
transformation. This project will be based on similar work
done in the energy efficiency field.
CESA M&E Project Documents
Below are the final reports produced by KEMA-XENERGY
as part of the Monitoring and Evaluation Project. This project
was initiated during the Spring 2003 meeting. In December
2003, KEMA-XENERGY was selected through a competitive bid
to complete a literature review, evaluation of key M&E
issues and a plan for possible joint work in this area by
CESA members. These reports were presented at the CESA Spring
Meeting, May 18, 2004, in New Brunswick, NJ, by Liz Hicks
of KEMA-XENERGY:
