Many states are interested in additional discussion
of how their funds and programs could be structured to better
address climate change. Most funds do not have an explicit
climate change mandate, but many of their technology programs
produce climate change benefits. We will begin an exploration
among the funds about their needs in this area, including
a more systematic effort to explore low carbon technology,
investment and policy trends in the US and abroad.
